Viralcore Global is not an agency: it is an expansion lab

Seven areas, a single dashboard and one rule: cost per install and cost per conversation are measured, never loose views.

An agency delivers pieces. A lab designs a system, tests it with real data and scales it or kills it. Viralcore Global L.L.C., registered in Wyoming, United States, and formerly known as The Fox Corporation, does the latter for companies entering Latin America or leaving it for China.

Seven areas, a single dashboard

  • Brand architecture.
  • Production and studios.
  • Growth.
  • Real estate accelerator.
  • International expansion.
  • Commercial systems.
  • Viral software.

Every area has a numeric indicator per role, a weekly review, a fortnightly committee, an execution manual and a framework contract. The web dashboard shows 14 companies at the proposal stage.

What we measure

Cost per install, cost per conversation, retention, reach and sales. Never loose views. In Bolivia a WhatsApp conversation generated with paid media costs between USD 0.20 and USD 0.31. A building in Asunción sold 12 apartments in under four months with USD 2,000 a month of advertising aimed at messages, not plays. If the report has no cost per conversation, it is not a report.

Cases

  • Chinese micro-drama app: 8.2 million organic views in six countries, 820 times the contract target.
  • USD 17 million real estate project: 16 apartments and USD 2.3 million in the first month after three months at zero.
  • Swissôtel Santa Cruz (Accor): 34 % more sales in the first month. Hotel Yotaú: 100 % occupancy for six months.
  • Forte Castello (Paraguay): rebranding and investment proposal for a USD 14 million tender that was won.
  • Feroxx Power Tabs (United States): a study with physical tests that redirected its entry toward Peru.

Viralcore Asia

The division for Chinese companies was born from a mission in Chongqing: 19 representatives, 15 organizations, a framework agreement with Amberaising and alliances with SPARK and SIMU. Today it supports Chinese companies entering the region.

How a project begins

One country, one channel and one distributor with a name. You win there and then you copy it. If the plan says "LATAM", there is no plan yet.
